POLICIES

    • Please do not make travel arrangements until the course is confirmed. GSMBC is not liable for any expenses incurred. Courses require minimum attendance to proceed, and while most run, some may not. You’ll be notified at least 2 weeks in advance if a course is at risk of cancellation. If a course doesn’t confirm, a transfer or full refund will be offered.

    • Full payment is required upon registration.

    • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the course start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations within 14 days of the course.

    • All participants must complete a Release of Liability waiver before the course begins.

    • GSMBC reserves the right to cancel activities due to weather, insufficient bookings, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternate dates or a full refund will be provided.

  • Non-attendance is not considered a formal withdrawal and results in a 100% loss of payment.

  • If you are unable to attend due to injury or illness, contact us before the course at info@gsmbc.pro and provide a doctor’s note within 5 business days. This may qualify you for a 50% refund.

    We recommend you prioritize your health before the course. It is your responsibility to be fit for participation.

  • At GSMBC, we’re dedicated to maintaining high standards in everything we do. We truly value any feedback, questions, or concerns from our community as we work to improve our courses and services. Here’s how we handle complaints:

    Available: Our complaints process is easy to find on our website, and both members and non-members are encouraged to reach out if they have any concerns. You can send any feedback or complaints to our admin team.

    Impartial: We take all complaints seriously and handle them in an unbiased and fair way. We make sure everyone has the chance to share their side and be heard. We’ll keep you updated on the status of your complaint as we review it.

    Respectful: We understand that everyone has their own unique needs and experiences. We’re committed to listening to your concerns with respect and confidentiality throughout the process.

    Prompt: We aim to respond to complaints within 7 business days and resolve them as quickly as possible. If we can’t resolve an issue right away or if it’s more complex, we’ll make sure it gets further attention. We’ll keep you informed about the progress and any delays in the process.

  • All GSMBC Courses include both coaching and riding assessments. Familiarize yourself with the riding and coaching standards and prerequisites before registering. Additional information can be found in the GSMBC Course Materials.

    Refunds will not be issued for participants who do not meet the course requirements.

    Every GSMBC Mentor is fully authorized to assess candidates consistently across all courses and locations. Course assessments are final and should be respected, given the mentor’s extensive professional training and experience.
