GSMBC was established by the original founders and key contributors of the Professional Mountain Bike Instructor Association (PMBIA) to bring a fresh, independent vision to the mountain bike coaching industry. After nearly two decades of contributing to the development of globally recognized coaching standards and programs under PMBIA, the founding team decided to transition into a new organization. This move reflects their commitment to innovation, flexibility, and addressing the evolving needs of the community through a streamlined and entrepreneurial approach.
While GSMBC honours its legacy of advancing mountain bike coaching, it now operates as a fully independent entity focused on delivering cutting-edge certifications and empowering instructors worldwide.
